My name is Dan Carthen. Riverview Entertainment was born from my passion for music and the joy I feel when celebrating with people. My uncle used to own an automotive dealership called Riverview Ford in Columbia, IL, so I chose the name for good luck, and as an homage to my family. My family keeps me motivated, and I work hard for my beautiful little girl and her loving mother.

 

At every event, I provide a seamless delivery of your timeline, music you love, and an unforgettable memory for your guests. I have over 11 years of DJ and emcee experience that allow me to bring a night-club inspired show to your event and keep the dance floor packed all night!

 

When I’m not DJing at private events or bars/clubs like Duke’s, Molly’s, Napoli and The Pepper Lounge, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, and playing with my three dogs.
